Jim Geier has been surfing for more than forty years and has designed a yoga
practice which enables surfers to be calm, balanced, flexible, and centered.
Surfer’s Yoga will increase your water time and enable you to keep surfing
for many years to come.
Surfer’s Yoga was designed to help surfers where they need it most:
• Improve Balance
• Relieve tension in the neck and back
• Loosen up the spine
• Improve overall agility
• Be calm. Increase patience while getting worked, or when waiting
for the next set.
Tune up for your next go out. We offer a pre-surf practice every Tuesday
and Thursday morning from 6:00 to 7:00 am. There is also an extended
post surf session on Sundays from 12:00 noon until 1:30 pm.
